Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for fresh flowers or 14 days for non-perishable items by emailing support@florist.ca with your order number.
- 2.Provide Photo Documentation
Attach clear photographs of the floral arrangement or damaged item to your request so our florists can assess the quality and condition.
- 3.Receive Return Authorization
Once reviewed, our team will provide a return authorization number and instructions on whether the item needs to be returned to our local studio.
- 4.Processing Refund or Replacement
After approval, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement bouquet immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
